Platform & Operations
Do you change our procurement policy?
No. Nuevance operates entirely within your existing procurement policies, approval structures, and governance requirements. We provide the execution infrastructure — your team retains full decision authority and policy control throughout every engagement.
Do I need to purchase a new platform?
No. Nuevance can operate within your existing procurement environment without requiring a large new technology rollout. We integrate with your current workflows and governance structures. There is no requirement to replace or retire existing systems.
Is the process audit-ready?
Yes. Audit-readiness is a core design principle of the Nuevance platform. We maintain documented workflows, approval records, supplier communications, and decision trails throughout every engagement. Every workstream is documented end-to-end and available for review at any time.
Can Nuevance support urgent sourcing requirements?
Yes. Nuevance is specifically designed for rapid deployment. Standardized workflows, predefined scope instruments, and a pre-vetted provider network mean we can mobilize qualified execution capacity in days — not the weeks typically required to onboard traditional consulting engagements.
Delivery & Providers
Who actually performs the work?
Scoped work is performed by qualified independent delivery partners who operate within the Nuevance governance framework. Nuevance is a technology platform and does not provide procurement services directly. All providers are vetted by Nuevance before being assigned to any engagement, and their work is governed and documented through the platform.
How are providers vetted?
Every provider in the Nuevance network is reviewed for relevant procurement expertise, category experience, and execution quality before onboarding. Providers are rated after each engagement based on documented outcomes. Low-performing providers are removed from active assignment or placed on reduced allocation. The network is actively managed — not an open marketplace.
Commercial & Deliverables
How do payments work?
Payments are processed through the Nuevance platform according to the defined execution instrument scope and documented settlement milestones. Engagements are fixed-fee — there are no open-ended billing arrangements. Settlement is tied to defined deliverables, giving you full commercial predictability from the start.
What deliverables are provided?
Deliverables vary by execution instrument and may include sourcing event documentation, supplier activity records, bid summaries, spend diagnostics outputs, approval records, and closeout documentation. Every instrument has a defined deliverable set agreed upfront — so you know exactly what you're receiving before work begins.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract term?
No. Nuevance operates on a per-instrument basis with no long-term lock-in. Each engagement is scoped and priced independently. You can start with a single pilot, evaluate the outcome, and scale from there. There is no platform subscription or minimum volume commitment required to get started.
